Week of July 27th — August 3rd, 2014
The forecast from Stargazing Central for this week is exciting with the movement of Mars into Scorpio.
Mars has taken its sweet time maneuvering through Libra, where it’s been residing since December 2013. However, the planet of action is finally about to swoop into a sign much more suited to its aggressive tendencies!
On July 26, Mars establishes itself in formidable, determined Scorpio until Sept. 15th. This highly resourceful combination will push you ahead relentlessly, giving you the courage — and charisma — to get things done! Just be wary of secrecy and jealousy rearing their ugly heads as you finally move ahead to succeed. Mars in Scorpio can be quite ruthless.
Also on July 26, the New Moon rises in Leo, giving you the go-ahead for fresh romance and fun plans. Self-doubt won’t hold you back on this week, so get out and enjoy yourself! Take time to enjoy nature because this new Moon highlights the countless little things that only you can really appreciate. Smile back to the cosmos with gratitude.
A Virgo Moon early in the work week helps you accomplish a great list of tasks. Romance will grow even stronger on the 28, when Venus moves opposite the sky from Pluto bringing seduction and charm! This romantic transit can make you irresistible, but you’ll still want to watch out for manipulation and possessiveness. People will notice you and you could wake them up to find more satisfaction in their lives. Try to be as honest as possible, while keeping in mind that others may have a secret agenda of their own.
Good luck doesn’t just happen! It’s not just about being in the right place at the right time. After all, you know what they say: “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” So, if you have the right tools to make it happen, your opportunity is NOW! You must take a risk on bringing your creative and fun self out to expand to the next level of your life expression. Not only Love but LUCK is in the air. With Mercury in Leo, along with the Sun and Jupiter, any drama or event will spread like wildfire over the internet blogs, tweets, and emails. Things can get blown way out of proportion – watch your kids, and be careful of bullying and someone yearning for revenge.
The stars finish off July with Mercury moving into Leo on July 31st, bringing with it a couple weeks of lively conversations and strong opinions! Politics anyone?
Do tend to business because the later in the week you go, the more you want to relax, share with others, and take it easy; time for parties, vacations, and pleasure.
On the weekend, Venus is opposite Pluto, pulling you apart to transform your value systems. You get a good look at who and what supports you, and what must be released. A family, financial, or love situation will open your eyes.
August is generally an easy month, everything closes up, including the lawmakers and courts, so find some playtime. There is a strong, fire-element tone in August, so you may want to think twice about traveling to areas prone to forest fires or excessive heat.
