Weekly Astrology Report

Uranus and Pluto are square for the sixth time on Sunday/Monday. These two planets are making seven exact squares from June 24, 2012 through March 16, 2015. Think of major changes with the public, such as the 1930’s Great Depression and the 1960’s sexual revolution. These are very challenging aspects and will create new laws and far reaching changes. Watch as people create demonstrations and unrest all over the planet. What message are they trying to convey? History may not repeat itself, but the appropriate changes will be made – rhyming with the past.

This can be witnessed through the destructive behavior in Congress, and battles between trying to hang on to old ways vs. having a complete restructuring and revolution, such as the Missouri and New York City public demonstrations.

As we all move through these last weeks of 2014 – give blessings and remember
Day is Done
Gone the Sun
From the lakes, from the hills, from the skies
May all be well – safely rest
God is nigh.

We are now in the previews, leading up to the first day of winter on Sunday the 21st, the longest night of the year. The Feature presentation is that this coincides with the end of Uranus retrograde as well as the New Moon at 1 degree Capricorn. Although Mercury moving into Capricorn sets a somber presentation on Tuesday, the 16th, it’s important to remember that this can represent some of the driest humor in the celestial skies. Later in the week Venus/Mercury meet up alongside Pluto for an intense visit. All this casts a passionate and transformational effect on your money and love relationships, and the shadow side creates jealousy and possessiveness. On Sunday we have the Winter Solstice; this is the Sun’s final turning point of the four seasons, and always a special moment in astrology as well as many religions around the world. It is the darkest day of the year and this year it is supercharged with a triple whammy.

This presents the next to last opportunity to balance needed big changes with a conservative approach to those changes- balancing freedom and responsibility. On Tuesday, Mercury enters serious Capricorn to finish out the year. Although the season may be social, this combination wants to accomplish practical goals.

Friday-Saturday is time for a party under a Sagittarius moon.

The Winter solstice presents the last opportunity – between now and March 16th, to balance needed changes with our laws, freedom and responsibilities. This energy makes the end of 2014 seem like a new beginning. As we navigate the straights of many transformational changes taking place in our lives, it is important to remember that these changes are necessary steps to a much larger plan on our pathway to the future. From this day forth the Sun will begin to grow stronger every day, reminding us of the presence of Spirit.

Embrace this presence and remember that the days grow lighter and longer, which is why on the Winter Solstice, the darkest day, we join in Oneness to celebrate and bless the return of Light.
