As you accept with patience and surrender the difficulties you encounter throughout life on a daily basis, so will you find flowing into you through the Crown Chakra, a light or life-force which will remove all anxiety and pain, making each day a new experience. This comes to each one of us gently, slowly, as we open ourselves from within to the gifts of Spirit. Occasionally you will become aware of a glow within your heart, or of a light feeling, and you will become aware of the harmony which is shaping your life right now through the power of the Divine.
If you direct the right thoughts to those around you, and begin to put the action of the Law of Love in front of any circumstances you may find yourself in, you will find that these troubles and upsets will gradually smooth themselves out. Events will begin to work more harmoniously for you and you will begin to feel, “God is very good to me.” You will begin to realize that within you, as you practice your daily meditations, there is a power building, a feeling of Love, which is helping you actively. This will guide you towards the desired balance of Love, Peace and Harmony within your heart.
This glow within your heart which brings to you such sweet happiness and joy may remain for a few minutes, a few hours, or a few days – and then may disappear. Never fear for slowly this power and gratitude will increase in you. As your life continues, you will experience this renewing energy more often, for you are Ascending up a spiral of light and vibration which will eventually bring you, as a Daughter or Son of God, into the kingdom of eternal light and bliss.

June is the month of weddings and graduations. In the United States we have a veritable industry centered on helping people figure out where they are on a scale from passive to assertive to aggressive, and how to move them themselves from one place on that scale to another. A person’s basic temperament is what it’s called, at least up to a point, and most of us have our basic strengths and weaknesses. Another human quality that each of us has to work on is something we face most often when we are in love, or at least think we are. Commitment! For some people, saying “I love you” means forever, while for others it might mean for an hour, or a day, or until the “real thing,” whatever that is, comes along.
This is the month we find out about commitment, deceit, lies, betrayal, and the results of our actions. The truth comes out in June, bringing us to a climax and result in October.

Squirrel, you have gathered

Squirrel teaches us to plan ahead for the winter when the trees are bare and the nuts have long since disappeared. Squirrel medicine can come in many forms, as this furry creature is very diverse in nature. The erratic behavior of Squirrel has bested many a forlorn hunter, and it thus stands to reason that there are benefits to being able to circle a branch at lightening speed. This erratic behavior of Squirrel can also get nerve-wracking if you are dealing with anyone who has Squirrel medicine. Trying to calm them down enough to accomplish something may drive you nuts.
The driving power of Squirrel medicine – similar to Aquarius energies in high gear – is a great gift. It teaches you how to gather and store your energy for times of need. It teaches you to reserve something for future use, whether it be a judgment, opinion, savings account, candles, or extra food and water. To put it into a nutshell, Squirrel is the Boy Scout or Girl Scout of the animal kingdom. They are always prepared.
At this unstable time in our world of changing times and fortunes, it is the wise person who prepares for the future. Our prophesies have all spoken of this new millennium and the changes to come. Squirrel is a friendly medicine to have, in the light of a possible future of rainy days. The next few years could be most difficult for many of us. The message at the time of Gemini energies of 2022, is to be prepared, but don’t go nuts with it. Love yourself enough to gather the goods that will meet your needs in a time of scarcity, even if that time never comes. Especially energy needs for the winter months ahead.
Squirrel has come into our lives at this time of Grmini energy – the time of continual gathering for the winter freeze. We are all being told to honor our futures by readying ourselves for change. The message is to lighten your load if you have gathered too much of the things in life that do not serve you. These things can include thoughts, worries, pressures, stresses, jobs, worn-out relationships, or gadgets that have been broken for years. In understanding the balance involved in gathering, you need to look at the idea of circulating the stock of that which you have gathered over the years. Call the nearest thrift store and give the gadgets or unwanted clothes to someone who can benefit from them. If something no longer works for you, or it has been discarded for more than two years, it is time to let it go.
Squirrel has another lesson to give to you which can aid you if you observe what is obvious, and which can prepare you for anything. It has to do with the safe place in which to put your gatherings. This safe place is an untroubled heart and mind, and that which is gathered, is put into this place to gain wisdom and caring. These energies gathered, through quiet time and reflective meditation, will set your heart and mind free, so you will know that all will be taken care of in its own time. Apply this energy to your fears about our coming future, and the fears will vanish. Replaced will be guidance and wisdom.

OPENING — renewed clarity – receive higher knowledge
This is the Rune of opening up, of renewed clarity, of dispelling darkness that has been shrouding some part of your life. You are free now to receive, and to know the joy of non-attached giving.
Kano is the Rune of the morning of activities, of seriousness, clarity and concentration, all of which are essential at the beginning of work. The protection offered by this Rune is that the more light you have, the more you practice your spiritual meditations, the better you can see what is trivial and outmoded in your personal life, stemming from your childhood pre-conditioning.
In relationships, there can be a mutual opening up. You may serve as the trigger, the timekeeper, through your awareness, that the light of understanding is once again available to you both.
Recognize that, while on the one hand you are limited and dependent, on the other you exist at the perfect center where the harmonious and beneficent forces of the universe merge and radiate. You are that center. Simply put, if you have been operating in the dark, there is now enough light to see that the patient on the operating table is yourself!
In this time of the Gemini energies 2022 – one can expect a darkening of the light in some situation or relationship. A friendship may be dying, a partnership or marriage, some aspect of yourself or your work, an old way of being needs to be let go, because it is no longer proper or valid for you. You are being asked to recognize that failure for you to face up to this death consciously would constitute a loss of opportunity. Kano is one of the Cycle Runes, and it can point to an inner death of a way of living, because it has been now invalidated through your personal spiritual growth.
So be prepared and willing to give up gladly the old, and to live for a while feeling empty. Spirit cannot enter a vessel that is full and running over. Wait! Have patience! Develop your inner stability, not allowing yourself to be seduced by the momentum of old ways, but instead, wait for the new. Know in your heart at all times that the NEW will become illuminated in its proper time.
Don’t be afraid to make the leap or take the chance.
