So just what does the cosmos have in store for you this next week? We may deceive ourselves into believing that what we see, as the week opens, is real, as the Sun squares dreamy Neptune. However, Mercury and Venus create anxious aspects with taskmaster Saturn, reminding us that we won’t get away with escapist behavior. Actions are sudden and fragmented because superhero Mars aligns with erratic Uranus in spontaneous Aries, but our impatience begins to settle down once the Moon changes signs in the evening. The Moon moves into hard-working Capricorn Monday night and, a small obstacle is created. Part of you wants to be responsible and accomplish practical matters, but quick-paced Mercury aligns with freedom loving Jupiter. You may just want to sleep in and then go to the beach. The best solution is to mix business with pleasure on the Holiday.
Delight comes in a variety of shapes and sizes to brighten up stagnated social lives. A playful, spicy, and romantically optimistic Venus-Jupiter conjunction on Tuesday encourages flirtatious behavior and friendly personal interactions. The 28th brings a lucky planetary aspect as Venus aligns with Jupiter in Gemini. This is a good time to take a risk, be it buying a lottery ticket (actually, buy two since Gemini represents the twins), or taking a risk on opening to new people and new relationships. May ends on Friday with numerous lunar aspects showing us that the pace will be quick and changeable as June opens. Mars moves into Gemini for about six weeks on the last day in May. Get assertive in your communications, learn new technology, plan a trip or educational activity, or try something new. Keeping love light is the key as Mars comes joins the party in chatty Gemini, where words come easily but remember that feelings are not taken too seriously. Mars enters Gemini through July 12th, and fires up passion via words. The news stories should be full of sudden events, as well as humor, we hope! However, emotions start to take center stage this next weekend after Mercury and Venus transit into sensitive Cancer on May 31st and June 2nd, respectively.
June is a quick month with Mars moving through speedy Gemini and at the same time, romance oriented Venus spends most of June in nurturing Cancer. Short, home repair or decorating projects are favored, as well as spending time with your children. The tone changes towards the end of June, when Mercury turns retrograde and Jupiter begins its one-year journey through emotional Cancer.
