As 2015 opens, it has us finishing up a three-year astrological process of the Uranus-Pluto square. The first one occurred in June of 2012, and the final one happens on March 16th, 2015. The first and the 7th will be the most powerful , so this energy is sure to get your attention. There will be a change for you in a new direction. Be flexible and willing to take a conservative risk on yourself to bring your highest potential into reality.
2015 is the year of recovery as well as the year of living in your highest truth. January energy will push many buttons and you could feel pulled apart as early as this upcoming week, just after the Cancer Full Moon on the 4th. When Uranus aligns with the karmic south node around the 21st, expect the unexpected. Situations will require flexibility, patience, and using your head, but this energy has been building up for months now.
This Full Moon is a bit complicated and erratic. The energy is going in at least four different directions. Capricorn wants order and regularity, a routine, steadiness, while Cancer just wants to curl up, be surrounded by family and be loved. Cancer wants junk food and Capricorn wants discipline.
Uranus is the trickster here. It can disrupt your life – fast and sudden – forcing you to look at the world in a new way. The message here is to find a new path, invent something new, go meet wild and crazy people. This Full Moon presents to you a struggle – time to move into new territory and live a new lifestyle, while still honoring your obligations and responsibilities.
All of us will feel as if we are being pulled to the extremes. This is not a bad thing, but can feel like you’re being pulled through a ringer. Any decisions you make now will be long lasting. Something new is coming – I don’t know what it is – but it’s gonna be great. The air is humming and something new is coming. Old patterns will be breaking apart and you build a new life of who you really are.
The social and mental qualities of universal love, rational thinking, and community spirit are in full force. On a brighter note, there’s a breath of fresh air on the horizon on Thursday, January 8th. This brings in unusual friendships, innovative communications, and love at first site. With Mercury in Aquarius, whatever you make up your mind to will be around for quite awhile.
