ANIMAL:  Dolphin — Manna

Dolphin…breathe with me,
The breath of the Divine,
Manna of the Universe,
In Oneness we entwine.

Dolphins speak to us of the breath of life, the only thing that human’s cannot go without for more than a few minutes. We can live without water for days and without food for weeks, but oxygen is the source of our sustenance. Within the breath we encounter the rhythm of energy that all life emits. In changing the rate or rhythmic texture of our breath, we can tap into any other life form or creature. This is a very easy way to connect with the Divine Energy of Spirit as well as with your own personal body rhythm.

Dolphin is the keeper of the sacred breath of life, and teaches us how to release emotions through Dolphin breath. Dolphin creates rhythm, swimming through the water and breathing before submerging, then holding its breath for the duration of underwater travel. As Dolphin comes to the surface again, it blows its breath out in a manner resembling the popping of a cork. We can use this same technique to pull the stopper on our stress and tensions and create total relaxation for ourselves. This is a good exercise to use as you begin to meditate, before entering the silence.

Manna is the life force. Manna is present in every living atom, and is the essence of Great Spirit. Dolphin teaches us how to use life-manna through its breath. It revitalizes each cell and organ, and breaks the limits and dimensions of physical reality so that we may enter the Dreamtime experience.

Dolphin was traveling the oceans one day as Grandmother Moon was weaving the patterns of the tides. Grandmother Moon asked Dolphin to learn her rhythms so he could open his female side to her silvery light. Dolphin began to swim the rhythm of her tide weaving, and learned to breathe a new way. As Dolphin continued to use this new rhythm, he entered the Dreamtime. This reality was a new and different place from the seas he had known.

Dolphin began to discover the underwater cities in the Dreamtime, and was given the gift of the primordial tongue. This new language was a sound language that was brought by Spider from the Great Star Nation. Dolphin learned that all communication is pattern and rhythm, and that the new aspect of communication was sound; he carries this original pattern to this day. Dolphin returned to the ocean of the Great Mother, and was very sad until White Whale came by and told Dolphin that he could return to be a messenger to the Dreamtime dwellers anytime he felt the rhythm and used the breath. Dolphin was given a new job. He became the carrier of messages of our progress. The Dreamtime dwellers were curious about the children of Earth, and wanted us all to grow as one with Great Spirit. Dolphin was to be the link.

Dolphin has appeared as our guide for the month of May, 2011. This year will link together all children of the Earth. This is a time when you will notice a growth in telepathic power, as you become a link to some solution for the children of the Earth. You are to link with Great Spirit and bring forth answers to your own questions and those of others. In addition, this can mean a time of communication with the weather forces and the rhythms of nature. You are hereby put on notice to be mindful of your body rhythms and the pattern on energy being fed to you by the Creator. Imitate Dolphin in stressful and tense times, and ride the waves of relaxation and laughter, spreading joy into the world. Breathe and experience the manna so freely given. As we go through earth changes and planetary reform, break existing barriers and connect to the Dreamtime or Great Star Nation. Know that we are healthy, whole and complete in the eyes of the Everliving One.

If you get into a dark state that feels unbearable, know that you are simply forgetting to breathe. You may be under stress and your body is crying out for manna. You may be starving your cells and organs no matter how many vitamins you are taking. Your natural cycles may be fouling up if you are having negative thought processes. Pay close attention to your health and to your feelings. If you are on edge or just tense, take time to relax and breathe the life force into your muscles. Focus on releasing old breath at the bottom of your lungs and refilling your respiratory system with regenerative manna. Breathe from the diaphragm and fill the lungs to capacity. Then exhale from the chest to the belly, allowing the body to relax as you breathe out.

Another message may come if you are feeling lazy, logy or slow, and that is that many signals are carried through universal tides or waves. You may be failing to sharpen and use your natural sonar. To detect these wave patterns you may need to realign yourself with the natural rhythms within your body. They can be thrown off through world events or extreme weather upsets anywhere on the planet. Then it will be necessary to use the Dolphin breath to connect to universal awareness and signals through quiet time and meditation.

For May, 2011, Dolphin reminds us to dive deeply into the water, play by the coral reefs, and to discover the beauty and rhythm of the breath.

INGUZ — FERTILITY—New Beginnings—The Hero

This Rune is akin to the moon, to the yin, the intuitive energy with its urge toward harmonizing and adjusting the sphere of personal relationships. It embodies the need to share, the yearning to be desired, a search after similarities.

The completion of beginnings is what Inguz requires. It may mark a time of joyous deliverance, of new life, a new path. A Rune of great power, Inguz indicates that the force is available to achieve completion, resolution, from which becomes a new beginning. It may be timely that you complete a project now. If so, make that your first priority. Perhaps a difficult state of mind can be resolved, clarified, turned around. The New Moon Solar Eclipse on April 3, 2011

Take cover!  There is powerful, upsetting, and life changing energy afoot. Six planets are about to conjunct in Aries over the weekend. This can manifest as earthquake, war, storms, and political upheaval.

On the practical side, watch out for road rage, extra traffic control, ticketing, and basic policing. Slow down, calm down, and don’t get involved or allow yourself to get upset over the anger of others.

The negative side of Aries is to be impatient and make everyone move for you. It can be the “I’m right and everyone else is wrong!” type of attitude. But the good side is to use that pent up energy to accomplish something productive. Physical efforts such as yard work comes to mind, or a spring hike. Now is a good time to work on behind the scenes projects that will benefit you later.

Remember that Mercury is retrograde in Aries beginning on Wednesday, March 30, lasting until April 23rd. You will need to practice mental flexibility and adaptability. This week brings the strongest and most powerful Full Moon of the year. March 19th is packed with high nervous tension energy and possibly erratic zigs and zags. When the Moon is the closet to the Earth, it’s called a lunar perigee. With this lunar energy (influencing the tides of the Ocean) so strong, we may experience unusual weather, climate change as well as earth changes such as earthquakes, volcano eruptions, high winds, strange storms out of nowhere, and electricity upsets, etc. The emotional climate may also express a volatile movement, so let it all cleanse out. Roll with the waves happening now. This is a clearing house to open the way for the good things to come in early May

Stress levels will be high during this time. Watch out for road rage when out driving. This highly fluctuating energies certainly adds a layer of jarring ripples within the emotional body for people now. Be patient as possible no matter what arises. Take lots of deep breaths. Tendencies or habits that are out of balance or that are on auto pilot are brought into the light of conscious awareness. They must be faced and handled with these powerful energies. You are forced into confrontations, negotiations, and analyzing details, ready or not!

With the sign of Virgo highlighted, either you can be highly picky, critical, judgmental, or you can break free to heal yourself and restore balance inside. This brings destruction before re-construction, culminating in June, 2011. We must be truthful and confront our shadow or negative side and bring more awareness within self and close relationships.
